At this time, Keshav Atelier does not offer refunds on any order, in line with our return and cancellation policy.

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or defective, please write to us at keshavatelierjewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and packaging, and we will review it on a case by case basis.
